This page was created by Ali Carlson for Part V of an Economics project. In this project, Embryonic Stem Cell Research funding was questioned and the continuation of the study is largely affected by the general funding and ethical imposes on them. The paper further discussed the ethical and moral issues, economical advantages and disadvantages, along with the pros and the cons of the continuation of research by the National Institute of Health in the United States. It also included a policy recommendation based off the President Bush’s negative regulations on theses cells, along with President Obama’s leniency towards this research.
